Sparkling Cabernet Sauvignon - Méthode Champenoise. This sparkling
wine is made solely from grapes grown at Miramar. They were pressed,
fermented, finished, then fermented for a second time in the bottle.
The rummage, disgorging, dosage, and final corking are all carried out
in the traditional manner. The entire process was conducted at Miramar
Wines by winemaker Ian MacRae.
