2007 Chardonnay

 

A classic Miramar Chardonnay with clear, distinctive Chardonnay fruit, a long finish and plenty of flavour. Made in the traditional way with French Oak and lees stirring, it has the creamy yeast character also found in Champagne. The finish is fresh, clean and lingering. Like all my Chardonnays, this wine will continue to improve for many years.
