2008 Cabernet Merlot

A 50% blend of Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this well structured wine has a bright, spicy nose and a long, clean palate finishing with firm but not aggresive tannin. Unlike some Merlots, this wine is soft but not floppy and formless. Drinking well now but with a few more years in it yet.
